Aggressive Marketing and Professional Service
"We live in Las Vegas, NV and had previously listed the first property at 3731 E. Shannon St. in Higley, AZ with the owner/realtor we had purchased from. We pulled the listing after several months of inactivity. We did not feel that the property had been actively marketed. We decided to re-list with whomever worked the hardest to sell themselves to us through phone calls and literature received through the mail. THE ELITE TEAM was definitely the most aggressive. Our new Woodside Home!
We had to put our old home on the market and sell it in order to purchase the new home, and I truly thought with the housing market being as it is, we would be unable to sell our home in time to purchase the new one. Woodside put us in touch with Steve and Beth Rider, and they truly saved the day! I honestly thought all realtors were about the same, now I know what a GREAT realtor is!
